This paper is concerned with the idea of a significant improvement state-of-the-art short-range rockets by means using rocket artillery systems. Such system consists launcher aircraft (RLA) and drone-launched short range (DLSRR). An RLA reusable first stage military rocket. A DLSRR expendable second stage, which flies to target. RLA-DLSRR systems have not yet been built, but they described in previous works author. State-of-the-art are completely and, hence, extremely expensive. No has built so far.
